Safety and Hygiene Protocol

• We follow all measures and recommendations from government authorities. 
• We sell also online tickets to the event and if attendees have any symptoms or travel restrictions closer to the event, we are happy to exchange their ticket for online participation or to any of our future events. 
• In case of travel or event organization restrictions, free exchange of tickets, sponsorships and exhibition packages of equal value to any of our future face-to-face or online events globally.
• All staff, our volunteers and speakers are only participating if they are healthy. 
• We have a large venue with a lot of space and loose floor plan to ensure safety distances.
• There are two entrances to the venue and both of these entrances have multiple queuing lines so that the lines stay short and with safer distances.
• The venue has two toilet areas with the possibility to wash hands.
• Our catering companies follow the guidelines of authorities.
• Face masks are optional and not mandatory.
• We are putting extra effort to hygiene and venue’s cleanliness. Professional cleaners will be present all the time and volunteers form a team that helps disinfecting the surfaces.
• We recommend keeping our distance, washing hands, and taking other measures for hygiene.
• We recommend everyone to use a card with contactless payment.
• The whole staff and volunteers are trained to follow all safety and hygiene instructions. They are advised to guide the attendees as well about hygiene and safety distance.
