We are very open-minded and welcoming to various exhibitors, even the ones working on experimental products. However, we care most about the safety of our attendees and compliance with local laws. If you sell a nutritional supplement, the ingredients should be permitted for sale in the European Union. If anything is pending approval or subject to research use only, you can showcase the product, but not sell it or offer it to our attendees. Any health claims made of nutritional products need to be authorized by EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) – If the health claim is not explicitly allowed or on the list of being investigated, you can't use it in your marketing. If you sell a device or a service intended to diagnose or treat a disease or your offering can be considered as a medical device or service, your product needs to have proper certificates and authorization within the European Union. We do not allow the sale of products on Finland's Medical Products List or that have any serious restrictions for customs import. In the past, we have also rejected products or services that have questionable scientific evidence or deployed concerning marketing schemes (MLMs). It all depends on your claims, evidence, compliance with local laws and regulations, and the informed opinion of our exhibition curators.
