By joining this 6 month program you will be guided by professional biohacker Teemu Arina, Dr. Olli Sovijärvi and high performance coach Siim Land to optimize your lifestyle, maximize your performance, and slow down your aging process. All these tests can be done at home. You receive a kit, provide a sample at home and ship it in the included envelope. There is no overlap between them, so if you can do all of them. However, we recommend at least the nutrition biomarker test to the be done at minimum.

Holohabits biomarker test is the minimum recommended test to order. It measures all relevant intracellular vitamins, hormones, minerals, fatty acids, amino acids, and NAD+ levels (longevity). It can be used to adjust nutrient intake and assess the starting point.

If you want to go deeper in actual metabolism (output) of nutrients, heavy metals, absorbtion issues, dysbiosis, metabolism of fatty acids and carbohydrates, mitochondrial dysfunction, and more, we recommend the organic acids test.

If you want to add more accuaracy to understanding of the current nutritional status and interventions, we recommend the DNA test to optimize the last mile. DNA test assesses the genetic perspective of fat metabolism, bone health, methylation, insulin sensitivity, detoxification, inflammation, oxidative stress, the need for vitamins, gluten and lactose intolerance, caffeine metabolism, salt sensitivity, iron overload risks, influence of carbohydrates and saturated fats on individual metabolism, personalized intake recommendation of unsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids, the personal impact of exercise on the body, eating habits and circadian rhythms, genetic resilience for stress, and more. Longevity test is the minimum recommended test to order. Finally, we recommend to assess the gut with the GI360x3 test. The GI360 x3 intestinal assay uses several screening methods (multiplex PCR, MALDI-TOF, and microscopy) to detect pathogens, viruses, and parasites, as well as bacteria. These may manifest as acute or chronic gastrointestinal symptoms and diseases, or possibly as intestinal-related symptoms.
